At Lakeside fueling we'll keep your boat full of fuel and eliminate those lengthy trips to the gas station by bringing the gas directly to you on a regular basis; leaving you more time for you , your friends and your family to enjoy the water. Reoccuring Fuel Delivery
On Demand Fuel
After you have told us your fueling needs we will work you into our service schedule based on your area. You will receive an email telling you the "window" in which your fuel will be delivered. After your boat has been fueled you will receive an email notification with an attached invoice as well as a copy of our security videos showing us fueling your boat.
Another service that we offer you is the ability to easily receive your gasoline tax refund for the fuel you use in your marine vessel. Did you know that Washington State will refund you 37 cents on the gallon for the fuel you use in your boat? The difficulty here is that you must keep and submit all receipts for the gas you use. With us, at the end of every boating season you will receive a simple receipt showing the amount of fuel that you purchased through us as well as how much you paid. All you have to do is fill in the blanks on the gas refund application that we will also send you, and send that application and invoice to the state to receive your tax refund.
Tax Refund Service
At Lakeside Fueling we use a custom manufactured craft and fueling system to deliver fuel directly into your boat. Our custom craft meets all state and local requirements and designed to safely meet or exceed all capacity requirements. The craft is equipped with an EPA approved fueling system as well as a Coastguard approved fuel storage facility. We also have built in safe guards and spill response equipment to ensure that fuel only enters your boat and not our lake.
Our boat is operated by drivers that have been thoroughly trained in the operation of our fueling system and our processes for preventing and handling potential spills. Our operators have also had extensive training on the operation of the craft and standard boating procedures.
We also have a full video monitoring system that records our time spent at your dock while we are fueling your boat, This will be available to you to review on you lakesidefueling.com account. We strive to ensure that the only thing you will notice from our visit is that your boat is full and ready for tons of fun out on the lake!
